This here was a fun one. This was a groom's cake I did at work (Carlo's Bakery) that was really, pretty cool. The body is red velvet cake, coverd in modelling chocolate. The skin texture was achieved by using a mat with a cobblestone texture and rolling it on the sheeted chocolate. This one came together pretty quickly, and I thougt it was neat enough to share.
